Around five to seven days works well for exploring one part of Finnmark without rushing.
Not always, but a rental car gives you much more flexibility for rural and remote destinations.
Aurora visibility depends on darkness, weather and solar activity. Plan several nights rather than relying on one specific evening.
Norway can be expensive, especially accommodation, transport and guided activities. A kitchen, shared transport and slower travel can help reduce costs.
Many visitors do, but winter driving requires preparation, suitable conditions and flexibility. Always check current road and weather information.
